  1. Land Title ( Certified thru Copy from Registry of Deeds )
  2. Tax Declaration
  3. Latest Tax Receipt
  4. Plan / Details
  5. Pahintulot ng Barangay
  6. Bill of Materials
  7. Locationl Plan / Lot Plan
  8. Specification
  9. Structural Design for Two (2) or more storey building
 

Other Requirement

One (1) xerox  copy of PTR No. & PRC License of all Engineer’s / Architect who will signed and sealed the permit and in-charge of construction.

HOUSING PERMIT

 

Requirements:

 

  1. Barangay Clearance indicating the number of years staying in the barangay.
  2. Fiscal, Court and Police Clearance.
  3. Certificating the City Assessor’s Office as to NO REAL PROPERTY IN THE CITY.
